  Placed and paid for a 20 sandwich order for a class, only to get back and realize we were one sandwich shy of what was ordered, paid for, shown on our receipt. Understandably, mistakes happen, but upon calling, we were told we were wrong and we had received it & to re-order and pay for it again if we wanted it. We re-ordered and went back to the store, giving another opportunity to make a situation right. We explained the situation again, but had to pay. What an opportunity to establish a steady cash flow between local businesses. Instead, you gained $8 for a sandwich and lost a customer. You just ensured missing out on hundreds of orders over the next year. We have over 300 events planned for 2017 with multiple being 20+ person classes and you just missed out on all of them. Check your SOPs.
